This is my 8th attempt in cleaning squid , & it did burn my hands … I think my hand was soaked in water for a long time! I made thai lemon & butter squid, serve it with rice.

Sushi for 8-9 years.

My first time to try sushi was made by my sister when i was 13. My first professional sushi was from Sumo sushi & bento , when they were in Shaikh zayed road the pink building. I fell in love with sushi. In high school I use to make sushi every week & take it with me to class & feed my friends.

Its simple & easy.

All you have to do is follow the instruction on how to steam sushi rice from the sushi rice bag. You’ll find the sushi seaweed rap in spinneys & choitram (UAE).

Wasabi & soya sauce. Yum-o!

Tomato Risotto

Tomato Risotto
Enough for 4 as an entree.

- 1 1/2 Cups Arborio (or Risotto) Rice
- 1 Cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped finely
- 1 Cup cherry tomatoes, halved and roasted
- 1 medium white onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 6 Cups chicken stock, hot.
- 2 Tablespoon heavy cream (optional)
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- Salt and Pepper
- Fresh dill for garnish.

Silver Pale Purple Macarons

Most people are scared of making macarons but I truly don’t see a reason for it. First, they are simple as long as you use the right amount of ingredients your recipe calls for. Second, they are relatively cheap so you can play around until you get the right result. The reason why so many people fail making macarons it’s because they tend to skip small steps when following a recipe.

I used the basic shell recipe , I used my pistachio ganache i made few weeks ago.

Blood orange salad

Its blood orange season , gotta take advantage of it. I sliced orange & blood orange placed them into my lunchbox container , I poured grapefruit juice and garnished them with mint.

Meat pie
